My work is rooted in compassion, honesty, and the belief that the hardest seasons of our lives do not have to become the rest of our story.

My relationship with this work is inseparable from my own experiences with addiction and recovery, abuse, postpartum depression, and rebuilding my relationship with myself.
Those experiences taught me that change does not always happen in one defining moment. Sometimes it happens through the repeated choice to stop returning to what is hurting us, to become honest about the cycles we are living inside, and to begin building something different.
I know what it is to stand in a season where you cannot see what comes next yet.
That understanding shapes the way I sit with people now. I do not assume that I know what someone needs simply because parts of their story feel familiar to me. I bring compassion, presence, and the willingness to walk beside them while they begin listening to themselves again.
My medicine comes from my own experiences with addiction and recovery, mental, physical, and sexual abuse, postpartum depression, and rebuilding my relationship with myself.
Along with my work as a Recovery Coach, these experiences have given me a deep understanding of what it means to break cycles and find your way through seasons that can feel impossible while you're living them.
The hardest seasons of our lives don't have to become the rest of our story.
Healing isn't always about becoming someone new. Sometimes it's about discovering who you are underneath everything you learned to become in order to survive.
My name is Shantelle. My life has taught me that healing isn't always about becoming someone new.
My own journey has required me to break cycles, rebuild trust with myself, and learn that the hardest seasons of our lives don't have to become the rest of our story.
That experience is a large part of why I'm passionate about this work. I want people to know that change is possible, even when they're standing in a place where they can't see what comes next yet.
I hold space with compassion, honesty, presence, and without judgment. I understand that vulnerability requires trust, and I never take that trust lightly.
I want you to have room to be honest about where you are without feeling pressured to perform progress or become someone different for me.
I'm not here to fix you or tell you who you should become. I'm here to walk beside you, offer grounded support, and create a space where you can meet yourself honestly.
I want you to have room to listen to your own inner wisdom and begin choosing what comes next for you.
My work brings together practices that support awareness, grounding, expression, and connection with the body.
My background in recovery coaching also shapes the way I understand support beyond a single experience. What happens afterward matters. The choices we make, the patterns we return to, and the support we allow ourselves to receive are part of what comes next.
Shared experience does not mean that I know exactly what another person is carrying. It gives me an understanding of how difficult it can be to imagine another way forward while you're still standing inside what hurts.
Outside of medicine work, I'm a Certified Recovery Coach and a spiritual and personal growth practitioner.
Recovery work has shown me how much can live in the space between wanting something to change and learning how to live differently. Support does not end when someone has an insight. There is still a life to return to, relationships to navigate, choices to make, and trust with yourself to keep rebuilding.
That perspective comes with me into the way I hold space. I care about what happens in the room, and I care about the person who walks back out of it.
Change can begin before you know exactly where it is taking you.
I'm available for local and traveling clients, with select out-of-state opportunities.
If something in my story, the way I hold space, or the medicines I work with feels connected to what you're looking for, you can begin here.
