My work is rooted in creating enough safety for you to soften, become vulnerable, and discover who you are underneath the parts of yourself that learned how to survive.

My relationship with medicine has become another part of learning how to meet myself honestly. I came to this work carrying a life that had taught me how to survive. Medicine became part of a much larger process of understanding what I had lived through, what my body had learned to hold, and who I was underneath the ways I had learned to protect myself.
The medicines I serve are Bufo, Kambo, Ayahuasca, Sananga, Mapacho, and Psilocybin. I don't see medicine as separate from the rest of the work I have done. My years of therapy, trauma work, bodywork, study, motherhood, and continued inner work all inform the way I sit beside someone in ceremony.
Opening is not something that needs to be forced.
My own experiences have taught me the importance of safety, trust, and paying attention to the body. Sometimes support looks like reassurance or comfort. Sometimes it means remaining grounded and present without trying to interpret, direct, or interrupt what someone is discovering for themselves.
My medicine comes from what I've learned through healing the things I once had to survive. Sexual and physical abuse, neglect, abandonment, homelessness, addiction, domestic abuse, postpartum challenges, and severe PTSD and panic attacks following a car accident that left me temporarily paralyzed have all been part of my story.
For more than 15 years, I've explored my own healing through CBT, DBT, EMDR, continued study, and deep internal work. What I survived became some of my greatest teachers and gave me a deep understanding of how trauma can shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.
I feel especially called to support people working through childhood and sexual trauma, PTSD, postpartum and mental health challenges, hypersexuality, harmful behavioral patterns, self-worth, grief, and major life transitions.
The deeper I went into my own healing, the closer I came to myself. Underneath everything I had learned to become in order to survive, I began discovering who I actually was.
For much of my life, I knew there had to be more than pain, suffering, and survival mode.
The deeper I went into my own healing, the closer I came to myself. Underneath everything I had learned to become in order to survive, I began discovering who I actually was.
That discovery created curiosity, unconditional love for myself, and a desire to keep learning and growing. I became determined not only to heal from what I had lived through, but to make something beautiful from it.
Along the way, I found a deep passion for witnessing other people discover themselves too. I know how much of a person can become shaped around surviving what happened to them. I also know the experience of beginning to recognize yourself underneath those adaptations.
My hope is that people can become free from who they had to be in order to survive and finally have the space to become who they truly are.
My approach is nurturing, compassionate, and centered around creating a space where you feel safe enough to open your heart and be vulnerable.
I offer reassurance, comfort, and support while remaining a humble witness to your process. I don't want to interfere with or direct what is uniquely yours.
I want you to have the space to release what you're ready to release and move toward feeling freer in your mind, body, and spirit.
There are moments when someone needs reassurance and moments when they need room. Part of how I work is paying attention to that difference, staying present, and allowing your process to remain yours.
My relationship with the body is woven throughout the way I work. Grounding, embodiment, breath, touch, sound, energy work, and integration give me different ways of supporting what may be moving through someone without assuming that everything needs to be explained.
My experience with bodywork and my own trauma work has made me attentive to the ways the body can communicate what a person may not yet have words for.
My lived experience does not mean that your story will look like mine. It does give me a personal understanding of what it can mean to live through difficult experiences, adapt in order to survive, and begin finding your way back to yourself.
Outside of ceremony, my work includes bodywork and Reiki. Motherhood is also deeply woven into who I am and how I understand care, vulnerability, patience, and presence.
My own internal work continues alongside the work I do with others. I don't see becoming a practitioner as reaching the end of my own process. I continue learning, paying attention to myself, and meeting what still asks to be met.
I want to make something beautiful from what I once had to survive.
I'm available for private ceremonies in Michigan and open to travel depending on location and distance.
If something in my story, the way I hold space, or the medicines I work with feels connected to what you're moving through, you can begin here.
